Properties and Features:
1. It i***rts fibers with good anti-static property during polyester staple fiber production and spinning.

Application Method:
1. Recommended preparation ratio (May adjust according to actual condition)
a. As spinning oil: Component A: Component B=30:70
b. As finishing oil: Component A: Component B=70:30
2. Oil pick-up
Cotton-like staple fiber Ring Spinning: 0.10%-0.15%
Air Spinning: 0.12%-0.17%
3. Method of calculation
a. Dosage of oil=Desired emulsion quantity×desired concentration×ratio/ effective content
b. Dosage of water(soft water, distilled water) = Desired emulsion quantity-dosage of oil
E.g:TF-720A/B=70/30, need 2000kg emulsion with concentration of 2.0%
Dosage of TF-720A=2000×2.0%×70%/40%?0kg
Dosage of TF-720B=2000×2.0%×30%/100%?2kg
